CONTEST PERIOD
The 2025 Easter Coloring Contest (the "Contest") begins February 28, 2025 and ends April 7, 2025. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.
WHO MAY ENTER
Contest is open to our community. Not open to Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union employees or their immediate families.
HOW TO ENTER
Each entry consists of a completed, official entry form (the “Entry Form”). Entry Forms will be made available at each Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union Branch. The Entry Form will also be available for download at hificu.com. You do not need to submit any personal information to download the Entry Form. Accurately complete an Entry Form with the required information, including your name, age, and phone number, and submit it to any Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union Branch. You may also mail the Entry Form directly to: Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union, ATTN: Color Contest, 1138 N King Street, Honolulu HI 96817. You may enter only by hand delivery or by mail. No form of email or other online entry will be accepted. All entries must be submitted and received by April 7, 2025. By submitting a coloring and signing the entry form, you promise that the coloring you submitted: is your original creation; has not been copied in whole or in part from any other work; does not say bad or false things about other people; and has never been previously published or submitted to any other competition.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be chosen on April 11, 2025. Winners will be judged on the following criteria:
• Originality • Creativity • Effort
Decisions of the judges (designated by the Sponsors) are final and binding. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners using the information provided in the Entry Form by end of business on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. If winner cannot be contacted or does not respond by April 16, 2025, if a winner does not fulfill the eligibility requirements, if a winner does not adhere to the Official Rules, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that winner will be disqualified and Sponsors may select a new potential winner by the same criteria set forth above.
CONTEST PRIZES
There will be 3 categories: Ages under 6, 7-13, 14+
Each winner from each category will receive a gift card. There may be multiple winners per category based on number of entrants.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes combined: $450. If winner's name and photo are not published for any reason, no alternate prize will be awarded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners permitted. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
LICENSE
By entering the Contest, all contestants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to Sponsor, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries (along with name and credit) in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known, including, but not limited to: Display at a potential exhibition of winners; publication of a book featuring select entries in the Contest; publication in Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union publications, or online highlighting entries or winners of the Contest. Contestants consent to the Sponsor doing or omitting to do any act that would otherwise infringe the contestant's "moral rights" in their entries. Display or publication of any entry on an authorized party's website does not indicate the contestant will be selected as a winner. Sponsor will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use. Winners (and winner's parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and Publicity Release within three days of the date Sponsor sends such documents to the winner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering this Contest, all contestants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Entry Forms; or alteration of Entry Forms.
CONDITIONS
Contestants agree that this Contest is subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and the forum for any dispute will be in the State of Hawaii, United States of America. To the extent permitted by law, the right to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in
connection with this Contest are hereby excluded and any contestant expressly waives any and all such rights. Entries void if the Sponsor determines the entry is not an original, or if the Entry Form is illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges on
prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any entry and/or contestant (including contestant's identity and address) and to disqualify any contestant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules or who tampers with the entry processs. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Winners' names will be available online at www.hificu.com after April 28, 2025.
ENTRY INFORMATION
